Pickle Juice is a web-based youth sports team management application with an associated mobile payment app (“Pickle Juice”). We at Pickle Juice (“we” and “us”) know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about how we collect, store, use and disclose information about you when you interact or use our website (the “Website”) or mobile app and in connection with your use of Pickle Juice.
Collection and Use of your Personal Information
We use advanced privacy controls to secure user accounts and user data. Passwords are encrypted. Access to all parts of the Pickle Juice application is controlled by user roles.
We collect certain personal information in connection with the team/event registration process including the name, age, address, birthdate, and contact information of the registrant. This information enables us to provide you with access to Pickle Juice’s features and to stay in touch with you. The information that you provide us may be shared with other registrants from the same team/organization.
Pickle Juice may automatically collect information about your computer hardware when you use the Website. This information can include: your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information helps us is used for the operation of Pickle Juice, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Pickle Juice.
If you directly disclose personal information through Pickle Juice’s public message boards, this information may be seen and used by others.
We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Pickle Juice may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Pickle Juice and its affiliates.
Pickle Juice does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties unless that information is in de-identified form.
Pickle Juice may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Pickle Juice, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Pickle Juice may keep track of the Website pages our users visit within Pickle Juice, in order to determine what Pickle Juice services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Pickle Juice to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
We have contracted with a third party payments provider, ProPay, to provide payment services using the Pickle Juice mobile payment app. ProPay’s website is located at https://www.propay.com/en-US/. Payment data (including credit card numbers) is not provided to Pickle Juice and does not reside on Pickle Juice’s servers. This payments provider is prohibited from using your personal information except to provide the payment services to you, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
Pickle Juice will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pickle Juice; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Pickle Juice; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pickle Juice, or the public.
Pickle Juice encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Pickle Juice so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Pickle Juice is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Pickle Juice website.

Children Under Thirteen
Pickle Juice does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from a child who is under the age of thirteen without the explicit authorization from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
