Customer story: Streamlining the “entire registration process”

The Pickle Juice platform was created to be a problem solver. We wanted to help teams, leagues and club admins who felt frustrated and bogged down by clunky Team Management systems better manage their registrations and payments.


We reached out to some customers to hear firsthand what motivated them to make the switch from their previous methods and choose Pickle Juice.

Lisa Jacobs said Hillgrove Basketball needed a platform to better collect their registration and payments. They had been using Google Forms for registration and had no consistent application used to collect fees from league participants. It was a “manual process to tick and tie out registrations,” and they needed more consistency across the board. 


Pickle Juice immediately helped Lisa fill the need for a better system.

“It streamlined our entire registration process,” Lisa says. “Love it, love it, love it! Also, the message center is an amazing function, and the contact database is incredibly important.”

Hillgrove primarily uses the Registration, Reporting and Message Center features for Hillgrove’s activities, but the Registration feature is what has been a game-changer for her organization. But, it wasn’t just the platform functionality that she fell in love with.
